Odette Tomlinson, LPC-Supervisor

As a strength-based, trauma-informed, attachment-focused therapist, I believe that you are the expert in your life and that you are doing the best you can. Together, we will identify patterns that have worked and the ones you would like to change. We will develop specific skills to help you find meaning, peace, and balance in your life.

My passion has always been to explore how the world around me, both physically and emotionally. Having lived, worked, and studied in various cultures and clinical settings, I always found myself searching for deeper and more meaningful connections with those around me. Whether it was in my work at a local hospital/midwifery clinic in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico, where I provided public health peer education to rural communities and assisted midwives in the clinic and within the community to provide pre/postnatal care or working in the various hospital and community mental health settings, or as Board Chair of a local agency that provides community and employment support to adults with mental health concerns, I always find myself working to make our world a better, kinder, more accepting place.

Together, we will explore your world, your patterns of relating, and your experiences to understand root causes. Throughout our exploration, we will increase your insights, capacity, and skills to build stronger, deeper, and more meaningful relationships with yourself and those who are important to you.
